Philippe Huntziger is an associate in the Restructuring department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Paris office.
He is experienced in complex financial and operational restructurings including in a cross-border context.
Mr. Huntziger regularly advises debtors, directors, shareholders, and creditors on pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings (i.e. mandat ad hoc, conciliation, sauvegarde, redressement judiciaire and liquidation judiciaire). He also assists acquirers of distressed companies.
In addition to his restructuring practice, Mr. Huntziger has a strong background in commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Huntziger practiced with a top ranked law firm specializing in restructuring, and previous to that he worked for several insolvency practitioners. He also completed internships at leading French and international law firms.
