Conducted an internal investigation on behalf of an international medical device company for its subsidiary's business operations in mainland China. The investigation result triggered the company's DOJ/SEC self-reporting obligation under the FCPA.
Represented a global investment firm in its acquisition of two Chinese private hospitals and conducted compliance reviews of their business, compliance programs and company policies.
Participated in a DOJ monitorship program on behalf of a world-leading aerospace company to enhance its anti-corruption program in Asia Pacific.

Participated in due diligence for a Japanese real estate company in connection with its contemplated investment in a Cayman company for its warehouse operations in China.
