Rachel Ofori is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation and white collar investigations, including under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA") and other anti-bribery and anti-corruption ("ABAC") laws. Her experience includes internal and government investigations throughout the United States, Asia, and Africa. Ms. Ofori also has experience representing clients in regulatory enforcement and white collar criminal matters.

• Ms. Ofori received her law degree from Duke University School of Law in 2017, where she served as a Staff Editor of the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Dartmouth College in 2014.
