Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Nash worked in the corporate team of a leading offshore firm in London, working across matters involving the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin islands, and, prior to that, in the Corporate and Funds Practices of a leading Australian law firm.

Worked with Stanmore Coal on its successful defence of the unsolicited hostile takeover bid by Golden Investments.
Worked with First State Super on its successful bid for a concession to operate the land titles and registry functions of Land Use Victoria for a 40-year term.
