Stanley Birch is an associate in the Corporate practice group of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Birch's practice focuses on the representation of private fund sponsors and investors in all aspects of the structuring, documenting, offering, negotiating, and operating of private investment funds, including real estate, credit, and private equity funds making investments, conducting operations, and raising capital on a global basis.

Mr. Birch received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Virginia Law Weekly and as a member of the Virginia Journal of International Law. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Birch is admitted to practice law in New York.
