
Overview
Stephanie Adamakos is an associate in the Patent Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on litigation in federal court, at both the district court and appellate level, and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the International Trade Commission. Stephanie has litigated cases involving a diverse array of products and technologies, including jet turbine engines, surgical instruments, and alarm systems.
Stephanie recently completed a two-year clerkship at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit with the Hon. Alan D. Lourie. She earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review and a semi-finalist in the Harlan Fiske Stone Moot Court Competition. She earned her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. While pursuing her undergraduate studies, she was an intern at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and a decorated collegiate mock trial competitor.
Stephanie is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Supreme Court. She is also admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
