Stephen Bandrowsky is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm's Palo Alto office.
Mr. Bandrowsky focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and securities and capital markets. He has represented public and private companies and investors in a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, underwritten public offerings, private placements and debt financings. He has also advised clients on periodic reporting requirements, corporate governance and compliance and other general corporate matters.
Mr. Bandrowsky received his law degree with a Business Law Specialization from UCLA School of Law in 2017, where he served as President of the Business Law Association and participated in the Transactional LawMeet, a national legal negotiations competition. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (summa cum laude) from the University of Denver in 2013.
