William ("Bill") McCue is an associate in the Tax practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.  His practice focuses on all aspects of employment, executive compensation, and employee health & welfare benefits law. 

Mr. McCue often advises clients on employment and employee benefits matters in connection with business transactions by conducting due diligence, negotiating and preparing contract provisions, addressing transitional issues, and developing strategies to minimize financial expense and taxation.
