Advised Morgan Stanley as the lead lender on the $2.42 billion financing of Ala Moana Mall in Honolulu — widely recognized as the most valuable shopping center in the United States with an appraised value exceeding $3.75 billion.
Advised Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan and Citibank on the $1.2 billion mortgage financing of the iconic Seagram Building — one of New York City’s most recognizable office towers, owned by RFR Realty.
Advised ACORE Capital on its $85 million preferred equity investment as part of Driftwood Capital’s $1.2 billion portfolio consolidation transaction. The deal involved a portfolio of 18 branded hotels, including Hilton, Marriott and Margaritaville properties, totalling over 4,200 rooms across 10 U.S. states.
Advised Goldman Sachs on the $850 million acquisition financing of the Fashion Show Mall, a super regional mall and tourist attraction in Las Vegas.
Advised Natixis, alongside the firm’s infrastructure group, on the $737 million construction financing of a state-of-the-art, build-to-suit life sciences facility at 75 Broadway in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Advised citizenM, on the financing of a 14-hotel U.S. portfolio.
Advised Greystar on a complex senior mezzanine loan and junior mezzanine loan, both secured by indirect interests in a nine-property portfolio of Class A, garden-style multifamily communities across the United States.
