Daily Journal Distinguishes Three Paul Hastings Lawyers as Top Labor & Employment Lawyers

Los Angeles and San Francisco – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the Daily Journal named three Paul Hastings partners to its 2022 Top Labor & Employment Lawyers list. Elena Baca, Zach Hutton and Felicia Davis were chosen on the basis of their cutting-edge legal work in the field.

Noting Ms. Baca as a leader and respected trial lawyer, the publication mentions her representation of “major entertainment companies, financial institutions, consumer brands, manufacturers, technology companies, and utilities,” including her defense of Activision Blizzard in the Ninth Circuit against the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Mr. Hutton was noted for his leadership in the San Francisco office and across the practice as co-chair of the firm’s wage and hour practice group. The publication went on to profile his recent successes representing employers in disputes of all types, including a recently secured “summary judgment on all claims in one action brought under PAGA” on behalf of Google.
