Paul Hastings LLP advised the lenders on a $150 million credit line to Peruvian consumer goods group Alicorp for its subsidiaries Vitapro and Inbalnor. Alicorp intends to use the money to build a shrimp food processing plant in Ecuador, one of the largest shrimp exporters worldwide.
