The firm advised on eight campaigns in the first quarter, two more than the closest firm.
The firm’s recent shareholder activism defense representations include its ongoing representation of WisdomTree, Inc. in its defense against a vote no campaign by ETFS Capital and Mitek Systems, Inc. in its defense against an activist campaign led by Hammana Partners.
