Adam Raichilson is of counsel in the Entertainment & Media practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Century City office. Adam represents a wide range of entertainment industry clients, including studios, production companies, financiers and producers, with respect to complex corporate transactions in the film and television industry as well as general corporate counseling. He has particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, borrower and lender-side debt facilities, equity financings, content funds and strategic corporate joint ventures. He also has experience negotiating rights acquisition agreements for high-value intellectual property, as well as producer, director, writer and actor deals for film and television projects.
