Alan Huang is an associate in the Litigation Department and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on complex litigation, government investigations, white-collar defense and regulatory counseling.
Alan's work focuses on representing individuals, corporations and financial institutions in state and federal matters involving civil litigation, commercial disputes, and regulatory challenges and compliance. Alan has experience representing the United States government by contributing to high-profile cases during his internship at the Department of Justice Federal Programs Branch, as well as contributing to filing briefs in circuit courts of appeals and amicus curiae brief to the United States Supreme Court.
