David Gerst is of counsel in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on securitization and structured finance, with a particular emphasis on collateralized loan obligation transactions and warehouse lending. David represents underwriters, issuers and investment managers in collateralized loan obligation transactions, cash, hybrid and synthetic CDOs, and other asset-backed securities transactions. David also has considerable experience representing financial institutions in connection with various asset class financings, including litigation funding, and in credit derivative and swap transactions.
