John Oliver is an associate in the Real Estate Department of Paul Hastings based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. John represents private equity institutions, equity investors and developer-sponsors in all aspects of their real estate businesses, including acquisitions, dispositions and various types of financings, restructurings and refinancings. In this capacity, John works across many different real estate platforms, including data centers, offices, residential/multifamily, industrial, manufactured housing, hospitality and retail properties.

John is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
