Lauren A. Haberman is an associate general counsel in the Office of the General Counsel and is based in the firm’s New York office. She advises the firm, its lawyers and its personnel on legal and risk management issues, such as ethics, firm policies, compliance and litigation. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Lauren worked in the Office of the General Counsel at another prestigious law firm in New York. Her previous work included handling all aspects of discovery directed to the firm, claims, drafting information governance initiatives, and advising on policies. Earlier in her legal career, Lauren was a litigation associate with a practice that was focused on electronic discovery.
