Nick Robinson is a partner in the Structured Credit practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. He has over 20 years of experience in the field, and his practice has been dedicated to collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other structured credit products during most of this time.
Nick concentrates his practice on representing underwriters, asset managers and debt and equity investors in CLOs, with a focus on the middle market and private credit sectors. He also specializes in representing lenders, borrowers and asset managers in structured loan facilities, CLO warehouse facilities, risk retention financings and a variety of other asset-backed securities transactions.
