Anthony Gunnell is an associate in the Corporate practice at Paul Hastings, based in the Chicago office. 

Mr. Gunnell focuses his finance practice representing private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in secured and unsecured loan and capital market transactions for both U.S. and internationally based businesses. He has extensive experience representing clients in diverse financing structures, including acquisition financings/ leveraged buyouts, working capital financings, subordinated and mezzanine facilities, and loan workouts and restructurings.
