Brian Kettmer is a Charlotte-based partner in Paul Hastings’ Fund Finance practice.

Brian advises banks and financial institutions on a broad range of subscription-based financing solutions for private equity funds. His practice encompasses the structuring and negotiation of revolving credit facilities, term loans, umbrella facilities, NAV-based lending arrangements, hybrid structures, subordinated tranches, separately managed accounts and other customized fund finance products.

Brian has represented clients and played a key role in many of the market’s most significant transactions, earning recognition by Best Lawyers in America for his accomplishments in banking and finance law.

Before joining Paul Hastings, Brian was a counsel in the Fund Finance practice of an international law firm.
