
Overview
Caroline Riley is an associate in the Litigation Department and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on antitrust, white-collar defense, internal and government investigations, and anti-corruption compliance programs.
Caroline received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2023 as a Karsh-Dillard scholar. During law school, she served as an articles editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law, a peer advisor for incoming first-year students, and a legal research and writing teaching assistant for LL.M. students. She was also awarded the Bracewell LLP Appellate Advocacy Award for writing the best appellate brief in her first-year section. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
