Caroline Texier heads the Financial Restructuring department of Paul Hastings in Paris.

She is experienced in restructuring and bankruptcy. Her main areas of focus include insolvency proceedings and debt restructuring.

Caroline has solid experience in restructuring companies in international distress, both in the context of amicable resolution and formal liquidation proceedings, in which she advises all types of parties. Her experience covers all aspects of restructuring, including bankruptcy litigation.
