Overview

Chelsea Nielsen is an associate in the Complex Litigation & Arbitration practice and is based in the San Francisco office. She is a member of the Environmental and Energy group, focusing her practice on environmental disputes and regulatory matters.

Chelsea earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and her Master of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment. While at Duke, she received the Climate Change Science & Applications Certificate and conducted research on advanced nuclear energy. Her master’s thesis, Navigating the Future of Nuclear Energy: Strategic Analysis and Market Opportunities, examined regulatory and market developments shaping next-generation nuclear technologies. Chelsea also earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami.
