Christian Müller is a partner in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office. He advises German and international clients on private equity and M&A transactions, venture capital as well as general corporate law. Additionally, he advises clients on all aspects of banking and finance law. Christian’s clients include funds and other financial investors, mid-size and family-owned enterprises, as well as international conglomerates.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Christian practiced at another U.S. law firm and a major German law firm in Frankfurt for several years. He is admitted to practice in Germany.
