Overview
Daniel Levenda-Freeman is an associate in the Private Equity and Real Estate practices of the London office of Paul Hastings. He focuses his practice on private equity and corporate real estate transactions, including direct and indirect acquisitions and disposals, development projects, joint ventures and management arrangements.
Daniel’s experience includes advising REITs, private equity investors and corporates on a wide range of real estate transactions covering commercial, industrial, PBSA, retail, residential, agricultural and healthcare asset classes.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Daniel was a senior associate in a Band 1 Real Estate practice in a top-tier Australian law firm.
