Overview

Dmitriy Molchanov is a partner in the Paul Hastings Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in the firm’s New York office.

Dmitriy advises U.S. and international clients on a wide range of public and private M&A transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, carve-outs, going-private transactions, minority investments and joint ventures. He also advises clients on corporate governance, restructuring and general corporate matters.

Dmitriy’s clients span organizations in multiple industries, including technology, media and telecom, banking, investment management and finance, pharmaceuticals, consumer products and manufacturing.
