Dylan Kornfeld is an associate in the Global Finance practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on representing leading institutional investors, commercial banks and other financial institutions as arrangers and lenders across a broad range of corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Dylan practiced as a finance associate at another international law firm.

Dylan received his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 2022, where he was a Dean’s Scholar. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 2019. Dylan is admitted to practice law in New York.
