Jason Hessel is an associate in the Fund Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Charlotte office. Jason's practice focuses on a broad range of fund finance transactions at all levels of the capital structure and every phase of a fund’s existence. His practice encompasses the structuring and negotiation of revolving credit facilities, term loans, umbrella facilities, NAV-based lending arrangements, hybrid structures, subordinated tranches, separately managed accounts and other customized fund finance products.
