Overview

Jenny Doak is a partner in the Tax practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Her experience, mostly international in nature, includes public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, financings, debt and equity issuances, restructurings, structured finance transactions and special situations. Jenny advises across all sectors but has particularly specializes in energy and natural resources, infrastructure, and technology, media and telecommunications.

Alongside her transactional practice, Jenny provides consultancy advice to clients on standalone tax matters. She also represents clients in tax litigation.

Jenny is recognized by Chambers UK, Chambers Global, Chambers Europe and Legal 500 UK.   • Fossil Group Inc in relation to  its refinancing and stapled exchange structure for its debt implemented through a court-sanctioned U.K. restructuring plan.
  • Global Infrastructure Partners in the sale of approximately 50% co-controlling interest in Italo – Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori S.p.A, one of Europe’s leading private high-speed rail operators, to Mediterranean Shipping Company.
  • Goldman Sachs, as co-investor, in a $2.7 billion take-private transaction of Soho House & Co.
