Kirsten Grohs is an associate in the Financial Restructuring Group and is based in the firm's Century City office. Her practice focuses on the representation of lending institutions, funds, and companies on a variety of commercial finance transactions, including acquisition financings, dividend recapitalizations, working capital facilities, cash flow loans, asset-based lending, bridge loans, special situation lending and refinancings.

Kirsten received her law degree from UCLA School of Law in 2025, previously earning a Master of Business Administration as well as a Master of Sport Administration from Ohio University in 2013. Her undergraduate degree is in Psychology, with a minor in French, from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada.

Prior to law school, Kirsten worked in the NFL for ten years as a salary cap analyst and manager of football administration for the Jacksonville Jaguars (2013-17) and Atlanta Falcons (2018-23). During her time in the NFL, Kirsten’s expertise included player contract negotiation, salary cap management, market analysis research, as well as adherence to the NFL-NFLPA Collective Bargaining Agreement. She also served as the liaison between the clubs she represented and the NFL Management Council and NFL Player Personnel departments to ensure compliance with all salary cap and player personnel rules.
