Leo Li is a China associate in the Corporate Departmentat Paul Hastings. His practice focuses on Hong Kong capital markets transactions and on advising Hong Kong listed issuers on post-IPO compliance matters.
Leo passed the bar examination in China in 2020 and is not currently licensed to practice law in the PRC. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
