Lisa McDermott is of counsel in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Chicago office. Her practice focuses on leveraged finance and private credit transactions with an emphasis on representing banks, private credit funds and other financing sources in connection with acquisition financings, refinancings, recapitalizations and other complex debt financing transactions. She has significant experience advising clients on the structuring, negotiation and execution of financing commitments and definitive documentation across a variety of industries.
