Overview

Logan Duffy is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Entertainment & Media practices of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Century City office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and other general transactional matters in the industries of sports, entertainment, media and technology.


Mr. Duffy received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2022, where he served as President of the Harvard Committee on Sports and Entertainment Law, Senior Editor of the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law, and a member of Harvard’s Recording Artist Project (RAP), for which he provided pro bono legal services to local musicians. 

In 2021, he received the Paul C. Weiler Scholars Award in recognition of his excellence in the field of sports law for his work in Harvard’s Sports Law Clinic. Mr. Duffy earned a B.S. in Applied Economics, a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Finance from the University of Rhode Island, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2017. Mr. Duffy is admitted to practice law in California.
