Overview
Matthew Snyder is of counsel in the Boston office of Paul Hastings.
Matthew represents emerging growth and established companies across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on complex technology transactions, artificial intelligence and machine learning, SaaS and other "as a service" offerings.
Matthew regularly advises clients with respect to complex acquisitions, licensing and development arrangements within the technology space, including:
- Datacenter and artificial intelligence computing arrangements
- Technology and intellectual property acquisitions
- Strategic alliances and joint ventures
- Intellectual property licensing
- Information technology and business process outsourcing
- Development, manufacturing, supply and commercialization engagements
Prior to joining the firm, Matthew worked for international law firms in Boston, Toronto, Canada and a Fortune 500 aviation company.
