
Overview
Matt Sharples is an associate in the Employment Department, based in the firm’s London office.
Matt regularly advises on the full spectrum of contentious and noncontentious employment law, covering all aspects of U.K. and international employment law and HR-related matters. Key areas of experience include advising U.K. and international clients on employee-relations issues and disputes, disciplinary, grievance and employee investigation procedures, workplace disputes, hiring and firing of senior executives, data protection and privacy, cross-border and global workforce projects (including business reorganisations, integrations and redundancies), trade unions and regulatory compliance. Matt also has experience acting for employers in various employment tribunal matters.
