Mike Feblowitz is an associate in the Corporate Department, based in the firm’s Boston office. His practice focuses on representing private companies and private equity sponsors in a wide range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions, equity investments, venture capital financings and other complex agreements. Mike advises clients across a variety of industries, including consumer goods, technology, financial services, sports and other sectors.

Mike received his law degree from Boston College Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to attending law school, Mike worked as an expert witness recruiter.
