Reed Rogan is an associate in the Financial Restructuring group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Chicago office. Reed's practice focuses on private credit, financial restructuring and other insolvency-related matters. He has represented debtors, secured and unsecured creditors and other stakeholders across various industries, including energy, healthcare, retail, nonprofits, construction in both Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 bankruptcy proceedings, and out-of-court restructurings.
