Ryann M. Aaron is an associate in the Executive Compensation, Benefits and ERISA practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. He brings experience in the financial and labor and employment industry. He also advises public and private companies and senior executives on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, with expertise in both public and private restructuring, M&A and private equity transactions. He assists clients with negotiating and implementing employment, severance, change in control, deferred compensation, retention and equity-based incentive compensation arrangements.
