
Overview
Siarra Rae Rogers is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition practice of Paul Hastings. Siarra’s practice involves representing clients in all aspects of antitrust matters, from transaction inception to potential litigation. Her practice is particularly focused on premerger clearance and antitrust investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general. She has represented clients across a broad range of industries, from heavy manufacturing to life sciences and pharmaceuticals. Investigative and detail-oriented, Siarra brings an engaged, practical and business-oriented approach to complex regulatory investigations and challenges.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Siarra worked at another global law firm, where she assisted clients with merger and acquisition regulatory review and clearances and gained experience with Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act matters.
