Overview
Sia Yang is a China associate in the Corporate Department and is based in the firm’s Shanghai office. Her practice focuses on initial public offerings and transactions related to the Hong Kong capital market, as well as providing post-IPO compliance services.
Sia passed the bar examination in China in 2020 but does not hold a current practicing certificate in China. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
