Paul Hastings LLP advised BNP Paribas in connection with the issuance of CHF100 million 0.6675% fixed rate notes due 2029 by Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) under its Global Medium Term Note Program on April 23, 2026. The offering was conducted in reliance on Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the notes were listed on SIX Swiss Exchange.

BNP Paribas acted as the sole lead manager.

LH, a government-owned enterprise in Korea, is the primary entity responsible for carrying out the government’s housing and land policies. LH works on land, housing and urban development projects, along with related activities — especially those aimed at supporting young people, newlyweds, the elderly, low-income households and balanced national development.

Corporate partner Iksoo Kim led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associate Sye Myung Kim and corporate attorney David Park.
