폴 헤이스팅스, 하나증권의 미화 3억 달러 규모 Senior Notes발행 자문

Paul Hastings LLP acted as sole international counsel in connection with Hana Securities’ issuance of $300 million 4.875% senior notes due in 2031 under its Medium Term Note Program on June 2, 2026. The offering was conducted in reliance on Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the notes were listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. 

BNP PARIBAS, DBS Bank Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank acted as joint lead managers for the offering.

Paul Hastings also assisted Hana Securities and the dealers on the update of Hana Securities’ $5 billion Medium Term Note Program, which was completed on April 10, 2026. The largest non-bank subsidiary of Hana Financial Group, Hana Securities is a leading financial institution that has provided comprehensive, client-focused financial solutions to a broad range of customers.
