폴 헤이스팅스, 한국토지주택공사의 5억 유로 규모 Social Notes 발행 자문

Paul Hastings LLP acted as sole international counsel in connection with Korea Land & Housing Corporation’s (LH’s) issuance of €500 million 2.375% senior unsecured social notes due 2028 under its Global Medium Term Note Program on Nov. 19, 2025. The offering was conducted in reliance on Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the notes were dual-listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and Frankfurt Stock Exchange in the Open Market. The issuance was LH’s first-ever issuance in euros.

BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and The Korea Development Bank acted as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

Paul Hastings also assisted LH and dealers with the update of LH’s $7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Program, which was completed on Oct. 24, 2025.

LH is a statutory juridical entity of unlimited duration established under the Korea Land and Housing Corporation Act and is the principal instrumentality of the Korean government for execution of its housing and land related policies. LH is primarily engaged in land, housing and urban development projects, as well as ancillary activities related to the foregoing, including those mandated by the Korean government to promote the welfare of young people, newlyweds, the elderly and low-income households and the balanced development of national territory.
