Paul Hastings LLP advised BofA Securities, Korea Development Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank as joint lead managers in connection with the issuance by Doosan Enerbility Co., Ltd.’s US$300 Million 5.500% Guaranteed Senior Unsecured Green Notes due 2026 (the “Notes”), which are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by The Korea Development Bank. The offering, which closed on July 17, 2023, was conducted in reliance on Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The Notes were listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The proceeds of the Notes will be used to finance or refinance Doosan Enerbility’s new or existing eligible green projects.
