폴 헤이스팅스, 하나은행의 6억 달러 규모 Dual-tranche Sustainability Notes 발행 자문

Paul Hastings LLP acted as the sole international counsel in connection with Hana Bank’s issuance of $300 million 5.250% senior unsecured sustainability notes due in 2029 and $300 million 5.500% senior unsecured sustainability notes due in 2031 under its Global Medium Term Note Program on Oct. 20, 2026. The offering was conducted in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the notes were listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. 

BNP PARIBAS, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., MUFG Securities Asia Limited, Standard Chartered Bank and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

Paul Hastings also assisted Hana Bank and dealers with the update of Hana Bank’s $10 billion Global Medium Term Note Program, which was completed on Sept. 28, 2026. As the flagship bank of Hana Financial Group, Hana Bank is a leading South Korean commercial bank engaged in a broad range of banking activities and services for individual, corporate and governmental customers.
