and the entire team will be based. The office, located in the prestigious Mirae Asset Center1 building in downtown Seoul, marks Paul Hastings twentieth office worldwide and its fifth in Asia.
The practice will focus on three main areas: cross-border M&A and joint ventures, complex cross-border litigation including intellectual property and antitrust matters, and international capital markets.
