Paul Hastings Represents SFX Entertainment Inc. in Tax Aspects of its IPO

New York, NY-- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it served as special Tax Counsel representing  SFX Entertainment, Inc., the largest producer of live events and entertainment content focused exclusively on the electronic music culture ("EMC") in the world, in its initial public offering, which raised $260 million. In connection with the offering, SFX negotiated with prominent operators of EMC events, venues and online content a series of international acquisitions including ID&T (Netherlands, Brazil, Australia), Tomorrowland and TomorrowWorld  (Belgium), Beatport Inc. (U.S. and Luxembourg), Life in Color (U.S.), i-Motion (Germany, Switzerland), Totem (Australia) and Made (U.S.).
