New York -- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Artemis Real Estate Partners, LLC in the formation of Artemis Real Estate Partners Fund III, a new real estate private equity fund that secured more than $1 billion of capital commitments to make value-add investments in commercial real estate.
Capital commitments were secured from a diverse institutional investor base including public pension funds, university endowments, private foundations and family offices.
Paul Hastings also represented the fund in establishing a subscription line credit facility.
