San Francisco, CA (November 9, 2010) - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Morgan Stanley in a $175 million loan facility to fund the acquisition of Pearlridge Center, the second largest shopping mall in Hawaii, by a joint venture between Blackstone Real Estate Advisors and Glimcher Realty Trust.
The transaction, which closed November 1, is valued at $245 million.
