New York - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented venture investment firm RSE Ventures on their recent strategic investment in Milk Bar, the award-winning bakery and dessert brand. The new funding will be used to further Milk Bar's growth into new markets, and marks the brand's first outside investment following nine years of steady and profitable growth.
RSE Ventures was founded to back forward-thinking entrepreneurs in the sports, media and entertainment industries. Stephen Ross is the Chairman and Founder of the global real estate firm Related Companies and principal owner of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins. RSE Ventures also maintains a strategic position in David Chang’s Momofuku restaurant group.
